A filtersheet is essentially a three-dimensional, deep filter consisting of adsorbents of a large inner surface. This can be imagined as a labyrinth of little chambers and channels of different lengths inside the sheet where dirt is captured.

Characteristics

Orbifilt filter modules are circular cut-outs from deep filtersheets, attached in a lenticular manner to a drainage body. A number of these disks are arranged in a filter module, connected by means of a grid-like polypropylene case.

CANDEFILT filter cartridges are well-tried and proven products intended for different filtration types in all spheres, including the beverage industry or pharmaceutics. The diversity of capture rates in the filter cartridges essentially follows from the variations of the filtration material.

HOBRACOL sheet filter equipment features a compact design and is manufactured of high-quality stainless steel. The supporting plates can optionally be supplied, made from stainless steel or Noryl (plastic).

ORBICOL module filter equipment is manufactured of high-quality stainless steel and consists of a tripod stand, removable cover, lower and upper sheets, and a clamping segment. It is manufactured in two basic sizes, namely ORBICOL 30 and ORBICOL 40.

CANDECOL cartridge filter equipment (housing) is manufactured of high-quality stainless steel, namely chemically resistant material AISI 316L and food material AISI 304, and consists of a tripod stand, removable cover, and a clamping segment.

The HOBRA-CIP sanitizing station is made of high quality stainless steel and consists of a mobile stand with a pump, a storage tank with a heating unit and the CANDECOL 1/3 VS cartridge filter for filtration of service water.

Filtration diatomaceous earth is suitable for all types of globally used precoating filters. We offer a complete series of high-quality diatomaceous earth from coarse marks HOBRA 700, 600 and 500, suitable for basic precoating, up to very fine diatomaceous earth marks HOBRA 150, 100 and 40, which ensure, if used properly, high filtrate purity.
