In essence, it is a marketing project which covers everything HOBRA manufactures, offers and supplies in these spheres.
FLESIBREX® refractory paper is produced using a paper-processing technology from a water suspension consisting of loose aluminosilicate fibres, organic binder and admixtures. The paper is easily workable and sufficiently strong, and it can be wound onto various pipes and curved surfaces.
SIBREX®140 refractory boards are manufactured from ceramic, aluminosilicate fibers bonded with combined inorganic and organic binders and are used as thermally insulating materials at temperatures up to 1,100 °C.
SIBREX® 250 refractory boards are manufactured from ceramic, aluminosilicate fibers bonded with combined inorganic and organic binders, and are used as thermally insulating materials at temperatures up to 1,100 °C.
The solid refractory SIBREX® 300 boards are produced using paper-making technology, are made of aqueous suspension composed of fibrillated ceramic aluminosilicate fibers (previously also known as Sibral), and of combined bonding agents and other additions.
HOBREX mineral fiber boards are manufactured from mineral wool and organic binders. They feature dimensional stability and good thermally insulating properties. The boards are suitable exclusively for building interiors to provide insulation and thermal resistance of ventilation exhausts in bathroom units, for tiling and suspended ceilings, and as thermal and impact insulation on floors and in concrete.
Our firm uses state-of-the-art technology for precise cutting. On the basis of the drawing documentation provided, we are able to make any area cut-out from our materials up to dimensions of 1,500 x 1,200 mm.
Here are instructions to our basic filter materials. Just download them and they will help you use our products properly. By doing so, you can also extend their lifespan.
